Our carefully managed herd is raised on a diet of high quality Australian grain, much of it also locally grown. Our herd combines the best of the duroc, landrace and large white breeds and is raised in large breezy shelters where they forage freely in straw and socialise naturally.

With all of our own facilities onsite, High Country Pork is gently tenderised and then vacuum sealed within 24 hours of leaving the farm. That's why our pork is moist and delicious – even when meals have to be held.
